about

Why reissuing "Autumn Stories"?
Because it's an important album for me and I want it to be in the best shape possible.

When I composed it, back in 2011, it was mostly a piano solo album. Then I started touring with my string trio and "Autumn Stories" started its mutation into something different - strings parts were added to some songs, some parts have been completely re-written and, when playing it "live", the original album sounded even richer and intense.

So, why not putting it on a record so that everyone can listen to it? And, since we are here, this is the first release of my back catalog printed in vinyl. This work will be slow, but consistent, so each year I will re-issue one of my previous work in this wonderful format.

Last, but not least, the album was fully remastered: strings were completely recorded from scratch, using vintage gear and sounds simple awesome.

I hope you will enjoy it as much as I enjoy listening to it, even after so many years.
